  • Complex problems rarely fit into a single category. Our teams bring rigorous, cross-disciplinary analysis to every challenge, acting as translators between fields. By synthesizing insights from data science, public policy, urban studies, engineering, and economics, we build strategies that are not just technically sound, but culturally and socially responsive.

  • Project teams run semesterly and typically include 2 project managers and 4–6 consultants. Senior advisors work across all teams to ensure high-quality output. Specific timelines and volume of engagement are flexible.
